2. Instagram Messaging

MigraTrack integrates with Instagram Messaging API to allow law firms to communicate with their clients via Instagram Direct Messages. When a law firm connects their Instagram Professional account to MigraTrack:

We access and store Instagram messages sent to and from the connected account
We use this data solely to provide automated responses and case management features
We do not sell or share Instagram message data with third parties
Messages are processed within Instagram's 24-hour messaging window
Law firm clients may opt out by sending "STOP" at any time

To provide immigration case management services
To send automated case status updates via WhatsApp and Instagram
To generate leads and schedule consultations
To comply with legal obligations
