By accessing or using MigraTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
MigraTrack is a cloud-based immigration case management platform designed for law firms and immigration professionals. The Service includes case tracking, document management, client communication tools, and integrations with third-party services.
MigraTrack offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to MigraTrack. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant MigraTrack a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigraTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
